Please always check the start time on your booking confirmation email – alternatively, please contact the provision provider for details or changes you may need to your booking.
We advise that you should attend any provision booked, if not otherwise notified. All provision providers have done risk assessments when planning, so therefore should have contingency plans in place if whether is not good.
However, we do strongly advise that you always provide and your young person has appropriate clothing for whether , as well as water and snacks or any other comforts you believe they will need.
If you’ve made a booking but haven’t received a booking confirmation email from Y-DAP, please check that the email address you have associated with Y-DAP is correct.
If you signed up to Y-DAP via Facebook, please note that your booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address that is linked to your Facebook account.
Emails from Y-DAP do sometimes get filtered in spam or other junk box, so please be sure to check.
If you've checked all of the above and you still can’t find your booking confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer support team here and we’ll resend it to you.
No, This is due to health and safety. As we have details specifically for your child/ young person we would not have the authority to allow this.
However when you attend you may discuss this with the provision organiser.
You do not have to print it as (i) you may show the email on your phone or (ii) you’ll be asked to provide your young person's name, (iii) show your in-app ticket or (iv) printed booking confirmation email. However, as each provision provider may require different evidence;
Some booking confirmation emails have QR codes on them and you will be required to present your printed booking confirmation email in so that the QR codes to be scanned by the venue.
Unfortunately, we don’t have responsibility, so we advise that you contact the provision providers directly (contact details on information page of provision) to inquire about disabled access.
