We supply a free service to the provider due to the fact that they are not-for-profit or charity and are normally funded. therefore we provide a minimum of 97p charge to support our teams and youth volunteers. We also give back to members of Youth Provision Provider Forum by allocating contributions to enable them to provide more provisions or access to better equipment
Minimum price guarantee
If, after booking with Y-DAP, you will find the provision booked for free and you have been charged 97p minimum is due to the fact that we supply a free service to the provider due to the fact that they are not-for-profit or charity and are normally funded. therefore we provide a minimum of 97p charge to support our teams and youth volunteers. We also give back to members of Youth Provision Provider Forum* (YPPF*) by allocating contributions to enable them to provide more provisions or access to better equipment
Your 0.50p covers
- Website maintenance
- Y-DAP Youth training programs, (venues, tutors, equipment and any study aids)
- Contributions to YPPF members
- QAA* – (Quality Assurance Assessment*) delivered by Youth members trained to council standards
- It concerns the final price only, including all booking fees
Our Best Price Guarantee offer does not apply if:
(a) You book through a website that does not reveal all the information about the event in order for us to find an exact match
(b) You book using:
- Special membership rates
- Loyalty points
- Any rewards programmes or special promotions made available through the event promoter
- A ticket tout or broker
(c) If falsely charged
We are only marketing and take booking, for the provisions provided, We hold no responsibility to the provision provided
Therefore, if you have any complaints about the quality of the service provided, your complaint lies with the provision organiser, not Y-DAP.
However, we are very concerned and take it very serious if a matter like this should occur. If you do find yourself in this predicament, we would welcome you to contact us immediately and report the provision provider's name, date and time of provision, for us to take the matter further, as we wish to ensure that the best service to young people is always provided. However, we may also be in a position to support the provider to ensure that incidents may never happen again, ensuring best practice is our motto.
